Bankrate.com is a good source for researching credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, etc.

If you’re looking for a low standard rate, then check out the Capital One Platinum Prestige card which is currently at 7.4%.

Lots of cards offer 0% introductory rates on purchases for up to 12 months or more, but then the standard rate may be pretty high afterwards.

However, if you just want a low standard APR to begin with, the above card is pretty good.

You can check it out as well as other 0% introductory rate cards at my source.

Check out Simmons First National Bank with Fixed Interest rate 7.99% and no annual fee. But no 7/24 customer services though.
