what is the number for the three credit reports which i can contact a PERSON to speak with?

i have the three numbers but none of them are helpfull as they are all automated…i need to speak to a representative/a live human person who can answer my questions…? any help? i have been to the sites as well and i found nothing that i wanted to know….
i don’t really think i have a dispute i just need to know why the credit score hasn’t changed even when i payed the companies???
it has been almost 6 months now since the payment…

If you have a dispute, the WORST way to try resolving it is via phone. Send them a letter via certified mail.
