to notify the credit company about the previous past rent due?

My previous renter did not pay the past rent. I got the judgment against them. I like to notify the credit company to go against their credit so that their credit will be bad and then they have to pay my rent.
My second question is that how to collect the past rent ?
Do I have to go to collection agency?

if you recieved a judgement against them thru the courts, it will be filed and it will come up on there credit report. all judgements, leins and other court matters are automatically filed thru credit bureaus. you will see your money if they hit the lottery, sell there home, refinance home, inheritance, etc. basically your done, you just have to wait now
