The credit bureau has incorrect information on file for my name how can I fix it?

If they are reporting your personal information incorrectly then make a copy of a utility bill that is in your name (mark out the account number) and also make a copy of your drivers license (mark out the state ID number).
Send them those copies along with a letter informing them of the errors they are reporting, that you are providing proof of who you are and that you are asking them to correct the errors.
