Is it possible to put money into my credit card to raise my limit?

I need to raise my credit limit in order to buy a laptop online. i’ve already tried calling the credit card company but they are not able to raise enough credit limit. is there anyway i could put money into my credit card to raise my credit limit? thanks.

NO that would be a pre-paid credit card, you can use one of those. But the best way to raise your credit limit is to pay your bill off, then try and ask them again.

Yes you can. Just pay more to the credit than as charge

I was going to suggest you call your cc company. But you’ve already done that. So I’d suggest adding more money to your minimum payment. That might make your cc company approve an increase in your credit line.

You could use more than one card to pay. Charge some of the balance on one card and some on another.

The only way to raise the limit on a traditional credit card is to have the issuer raise the limit.

Some credit card companies allow you to do that some don’t. you should call them to make sure that. but usually it works….
