Sometimes only one is reporting, other times two, and other times all three. It would be best to report it to all three, but, sometimes that could back fire as if they don't have the information to begin with it hasn't effected your score. I would first send it to the bureau that reported it and get it straight with them first, but if all three have reported it you need to send the dispute to all three. You need to have a good explanation and proof as to why you are disputing the item, in order to get it removed. I have found it best to handle it directly with the creditor as it you can prove it to them they will remove it themselves at the bureaus.
