It could be that there is a computer glitch that is causing a problem, or it could be you going bankrupt recently, or perhaps you are late on some payments that are due. In either event check it out. Next step that you should do in order for you to establish credit with a credit card company is to ask for a Pre-Paid Credit Card, such as the ones that available from both Mastercard as well as Visa. You would for example pay the credit card company $1000 for the credit that you desire. Since the credit card has nothing to worry then they would accept it. When the bill does come in, you pay it off immediate. This is the best way for you to re-establish your credit.

Try capital one credit card. My friend has a low score but capital one gave her a visa card but the credit limit is only $250.00. I won’t hurt to try.
