I read online all the time about companies that repair your credit report, can that really be done?
I get emails and read online about companies, like Lexington.com, that claim they can repair your credit report, “permanently remove negative items off your credit report”. Of course, they charge a 99.00 start up fee, and then 79.00 a month. Considering a credit report can stop you from getting a loan, stop you from getting credit of any kind, it can stop you from getting a job. I wonder if anyone here on Yahoo Answers has tried this and if it really works? Thanks in advance for all your answers

Lexington Law (LL) has one of the better reputations among Credit Repair Organizations (CROs). That said, I would NEVER work with a CRO and I would NEVER recommend you work with one–not even LL.
If you wanna know some ways to improve your credit, there are lots of options available to you.
