well, on the one hand, people will have less money, so they’ll be less able to afford a psychologist.

On the other hand, more people will be stressed out and need treatment.

So, who knows?

I think it will remain about the same, or there will be greater demand. However, for those w/o insurance, they make seek psychologists who offer sliding scale payment (I believe that is when they pay according to what they can afford). Because of money worries, I think people will need more reassurance that they are not ruined for life. They will need assistance to boost their mental stamina to get through tough times.
