How much will one late payment affect my credit score?

There was a little mix up with the electric company and my payments and as a result i made one late payment and i paid in full when i realized the error. i am worried that my credit score will be screwed up now…i have one credit card and have never made a late payment on that.

If it does it will be very little, the utilities companies down here do not report on our credit report, unless failure to pay at all, I do not know about where you are located.
