How do I file a complaint against a store’s credit agreement?

I have a company where someone made an order. Nobody can contact a human in this case (which is a primary requirement of a credit agreement) and their VRU does not allow for the leaving of a message. I just want to stop these people from taking money and ripping people off.

try your credit card company and explain to them the problem.
Or you can report such company to the police and usually they will take to the state court where they comapny will be sent a letter
