EUROBANKS? Who are they? Is Golmand Sachs, Credit Suisse, ING an Eurobank? I know the definition but?

I know the definiton but I would like to know if they are banks like HSBC? How one can become an Eurobank? and what happens if that banks go bust they your funds are not under government protection? Thank you

Its like the Federal Reserve in the USA. It controls all the other banks and sets interest rates.
