Does a customer copy of a credit agreement need to be signed?
Matthew1972 asked:
I have a copy of a credit agreement to keep for my records. On the customer copy there is no date or signature. Does the customer copy, as well as the copy that has to be returned to the lender have to have a signature by the lender on, or just the copy that I signed and returned. It is from Welcome Finance, and my copy to keep for my records does not have a signature or dated from the lender.

Common sense says if the copy in the hands of welcolme is signed that is all that matters.
Welcome finance are pretty good at charging the maximum possible.
