Do you understand credit default swaps and derivatives or the function of The Fed?

Obviously, the U.S. Congress is confused and just rubber stamps whatever The Fed suggests. If you do not understand and the congress nor the President doesn’t understand, then, only The Fed understands. Which means The Fed is actually in charge of the United States. Only Ron Paul claims to understand The Fed. And he doesn’t much like The Fed, do you?
