Do western union accept mastercard credit card?

I need to send someone in another country money. If i go to a store that do western union…..could I send the person money using a mastercard credit card?

The western union website would not complete my transaction. They said my phone number couldn’t be verified cause it was unlisted.

For Money Transfers, it’s Cash or Debit only. Because it’s immediate payment.
