Do we have the right of copy to the credit report/score?
I pre-approved for a mortgage loan in one bank. Of course, they run my credit report and score. Now, I want to pre-approve in another bank to have options and maybe better rate. Instead of having to open up again my credit report/score, do i have right to request for a copy of my credit report/score from the first bank?
I ask for it they said they can’t give me a copy because of privacy laws.

in the U.S. They must give you the score page. Not the whole report. It is now part of RESPA. The new company cannot use some one Else’s credit report though. Sorry but that to is the way it goes.
