do i have to pay back a catalogue debt if i didn’t sign a credit agreement?

i have three cataloue debts (la redoute, littlewoods and additions direct). all three i did not sign a credit agreement for. the debts are now all with debt managament agencies (credit account managament and debt management ltd). do i have to pay these debts back?
