Credit Suisse Trasatlantic Fund Is it worth a throw of the dice?

I have held the fund as a isa for a number of years and it is still worth a lot less than when i bought it .The fund is about to change route .Im thinking of cutting my losses and getting out opinions please. Harry.

With manager change, no one can be certain of the future performance, I would do research on the new manager’s past performance first. If his performance seems good, I’d buy more of the fund to reach break even point faster.

Otherwise, if his performance isn’t very good in the past, then get out while you can.

I suggest you diversify your investment.
take a look at the performance of various unit trust.
the CS emerging markets has performed well over five years
giving 107%
and also CS smaller co’s at 104% over five years
and over the same period CS transatlaitc has lost 21% value.
