Credit cards for low credit score?

My credit score is 550 and I want a credit card to build credit, but I can’t find one where you don’t have to pay a lot upfront…Please help

You do not qualify for any kind of credit card with such a credit score. Furthermore, with your credit, it would be a terrible thing for you to do anyway. BTW, under new law, you must be over 21 to get any credit card – are you over 21? Boost your credit rating first, then see about a credit card.

You might try Orchard Bank, First Premier, H.S.B.C. and Capital One they are all pretty good at giving cards to people with damaged or limited credit.
